Kelsey received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Indiana University South Bend in 2010.Upon completion of her Bachelors degree, Kelsey went directly into the Masters of School Counseling program at Indiana University South Bend where she graduated in 2013. For the 2013-2014 school year, Kelsey worked as a counselor at Saint Joseph High School in South Bend, before taking time to be home with her children. This is Kelsey's second year at Fairfield.

Liz Yoder received her undergraduate degree in English Education from the University of Saint Francis. While there she participated in basketball, volleyball, and tennis. She was also a Resident Assistant and Residence Hall Director. After graduating she entered the field of education and taught English for thirteen years in several school districts around the state. Liz received her graduate degree from Indiana Wesleyan University, and has been in her current position as a School Counselor for three years, and at Fairfield for ten years overall.

Nancy earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Purdue University.  She was active in several philanthropic groups while on campus. After graduation, Nancy pursued a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School.  In the workforce, Nancy has had a variety of exciting positions ranging from Mental Health Clinician, Adjunct College Professor, Founder and Board member of a Non-Profit Organization and School Librarian.  Nancy is married to Tim and they have 3 children. As a family, they enjoy traveling, sports, camping, hiking, and church activities.
