Family Support Request

Several Elkhart County agencies are available to support children and families during this difficult time, some of which have been listed below for your convenience should you wish to contact them. Please complete this form if you need support connecting you with appropriate services and supports. We cannot guarantee assistance of any kind, and cannot guarantee any specific family needs will be met. If you have a family emergency, call 911. 
In addition to these resources, the Fairfield Food Pantry will remain open to families on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm throughout the summer.
