Congratulations to Fairfield High School on achieving a 100% Graduation Rate in 2025! Not only was this the best in Elkhart County, but it was the 2nd best in the state with 100 or more students. In the past two years, Fairfield has had only one student not make it to graduation. Incredible effort by the students and staff at Fairfield Community Schools. FJSHS Principal Jason Grasty said, "To be able to consistently raise that rate since 2022, and last year being one student away, and then to finally hit that mark, it feels fantastic.
Fairfield has been on the rise since the 2022 graduation class had a 93.5% grad rate. In '23 it was 94.2 and in '24 it was 99.2%. Superintendent Dr. Carrie Cannon said of having 129 out of 129 students graduation in '25, "It feels great for the staff, students and community. We're just thrilled. It's definitely a humbling award."
