Fairfield had a good bit of success in its winter sports programs for the 2023-24 season, which included both team and individual accolades. Boys basketball won the NECC tournament championship while the girls hoopers won the regular season NECC title. Boys hoops then went on to win sectional and regional titles, and wrestling had senior Matthew Senn reach the semi-state round of the individual tournament.
